Seeking Understanding: Isabel de Moraes
Dr. Isabel de Moraes is a remarkable woman who has become one of the leading scientists living today. What challenges did she have to overcome? Why does she work inside a huge synchrotron facility on a former Royal Air Force base just outside of Oxford, England? How has her scientific education and research influenced her faith in the Creator God of the Bible? And how has her faith influenced her science?
The Heart of the Universe - English audio - Multiple language subtitles
What beats at the heart of the universe? To find out, we have to start in the beginning. It is there that we find answers that make sense of our current world and provide hope for the future. This video…
Change in Species
Many kinds of animals appear designed for predation and violence, in contrast to what one would expect based on the biblical description of Edenic peace. It seems that animal species must have changed…

What are some of the main questions about Neanderthals? Get answers and explore the intersection of data and interpretation in this article: https://www.grisda.org/how-do-neanderthals-fit-with-a-biblical-model-1
Ideas about who Neanderthals were and how they lived have changed significantly over the years. Learn more about them in this article https://www.grisda.org/who-or-what-are-neanderthals-1
Beauty and Design
Have you ever paused in awe of something? Our ability to appreciate beauty is a miracle in itself. Learn more about beauty and intelligent design at https://bit.ly/2LGU4IJ
Tim Standish describes how thoroughly the needs of newborn babies are anticipated in the design of their mothers. It appears that mothers customize the milk they produce for their children depending on…
Thinking Creation - 01 - The Great Debate
This episode traces some of the philosophies that, over the course of millennia, have lead to the various ideas about origins that are current today. Some of the thinkers discussed include Democritus,…
Thinking Creation - 03 - The Design of Life
This episode examines specific properties of life, particularly the chemistry of life, that inform our understanding of where life comes from. The protein Endothelin-1 and molecular machine ATP synthase…
Thinking Creation - 04 - The Richly Diverse Creation
This episode explores where the amazing creatures we observe in the world today came from. Did they evolve? Were they all created by God in the Garden of Eden? Did Noah build a boat that held everything…
Seeking Understanding: John Walton
If you have ever heard of “free radicals,” you know something about the work of Dr. John Walton, a professor of chemistry at St. Andrews University in Scotland. Dr. Walton’s work concentrates not only…
Seeking Understanding: David Pennington
This Seeking Understanding episode features Dr. Pennington, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who performed the second ever ear reattachment; the first being Jesus’ reattachment of Malchus’ ear after…

Design at the Molecular Level
Scientists are just beginning to understand the structure and function of minute machines that are essential for life. Inside cells, these submicroscopic motors, generators and other machines operate by the same principles as the machines we are familiar with, only at much higher efficiency and within incredibly tight tolerances. What best accounts for these engineering marvels? Shelley Quinn and Tim Standish, PhD
DNA and Design
DNA is amazing, but what exactly is it? What does it do in every living thing? Why is DNA just the right material for the function it performs? Why does just about everyone who studies it acknowledge that DNA at least looks designed? Are there good reasons for Darwinists to deny that DNA is evidence of design? What does DNA tell us about the Creator who wrote out the instructions for life in this remarkable molecule?

Suzanne Phillips is a doctor of biology, a specialist in microbiology, and Chair of the Department of Earth and Biological Sciences at Loma Linda University.
Evidence of the Recent Creation
Living things provide abundant evidence of their relatively recent creation. Claims that life, and death, are billions of years old exploit the fact that we can’t do time travel to see if they are true. All we can do is consider the record of the past we have in God’s Word and in His creation. Join us as we examine just a little of the clear evidence that life on Earth is thousands rather than millions of years old.
Timothy Standish - Mutations, Darwin, and Theory of Evolution
Timothy Standish is a biologist specialized in genetics and has a PhD from George Mason University. He is a Senior Researcher and responsible for communication and audiovisual production at the Geoscience Research Institute.

Noemí Durán is a biologist specialized in animal behavior. She has a PhD in Marine Biology from Loma Linda University and is the director of the European headquarters of the Geoscience Research Institute.
Design in Humans
Incredible as it may seem, Charles Darwin and his modern followers believe the human body contains examples of poor design. Is this pessimistic view of ourselves supported by the evidence? We will look at some of the abundant evidence that humans are engineering successes using one of the very masterpieces that Darwinists commonly present as an example of bad design. Shelley Quinn and Tim Standish, PhD
Creation and Human Relationships
Where do dehumanizing political philosophies like Marxism or Fascism come from? Why do some people believe that slaughtering babies, if they are an inconvenience, is morally acceptable while Bible-believers value life and believe every human is an invaluable treasure? Understanding this is necessary if we wish to understand the world in which we live. It is also invaluable as we seek to enjoy productive relationships with each other and the God who created every human being.
Alternatives to the Biblical Creation
The biblical record of a 6-day creation thousands of years ago appears to be impossible to reconcile with the Darwinian theory of evolution over billions of years. Surprisingly, this doesn’t stop people from trying to find some kind of compromise between these two very different perspectives. We will look at the most commonly embraced “compromise” position among Christians and ask whether or not it really works, either as science or theology. How does the true account of origins given in the Bible tell us about the Creator that other views contradict?
